Abstract (English):
The textbook is a new type of publication and content, and methodological basis, and methodological apparatus. In this case, it sets out the theoretical foundations of the subject: the basic General models (rhetorical Canon, topic, hria, etc.); the theory of discourse and speech behavior; the history of rhetoric. It contains an operational system of information about Russian speech culture and features of elite speech; complete courses of modern oratorical training, business speech, speech creativity; provides relevant training. The methodical complex consists of tasks, tests, exercises, control questions and tasks, lists of the recommended literature on sections. Illustrative material is represented by tables and figures. Corresponds to the Federal state educational standard of higher education of the last generation. It is intended for students studying in the following areas: Philology, journalism, history, sociology, political science, management, public relations, literary work (specialty, bachelor, master).
